Funcion Refund & Exchange Policy

At Funcion, we’re committed to creating premium performance apparel you’ll love to train and compete in. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale items or items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If you receive a product that’s damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us right away. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as quickly as possible.

How to Return

1. Email contact@funcion.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping details.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received for the refund to appear in your account.
